A major accident took place in Kanpur while removing the seating from the septic tank. The septic tank was closed. As soon as his seating was removed, poisonous gas started coming out. All three people working on the spot fainted. One died inside the tank, while two had died by the time they were taken to the hospital.

Giving information about the incident, Pandey of Kanpur ACP Vikas said, “Police got information that 3 people died while removing shuttering from septic tank in an under construction house. The tank was closed. Some poisonous gas came out when it was opened. Investigation is on. The deceased have been identified as Ankit, Amit and Shiva.”

The incident is of Malviya Vihar in Barra area. Where three laborers who landed in the septic tank on Sunday afternoon died of suffocation. Where the construction of Kushal Gupta’s house is going on. Where there was no sewer line, they built a septic tank. On Sunday afternoon, the work of removing the bats in the septic tank was going on. Three laborers Shiva Tiwari (25), Ankit Pal (28) and Amit Kumar (26) got down to clean it. But suddenly he started suffocating inside. It is being told that all three died inside the tank. They were pulled out with the help of local people.
